India Exim Bank Deputy Managers (Banking Operations) Recruitment 2026 Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Min. 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
• Essential Qualification: Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory. The University / Institute should be recognised / approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. The candidates having completed their graduation and postgraduation courses through correspondence/part-time/open university/open learning/external/distance learning are not eligible.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience (after Post-Graduation or Chartered Accountant) in a reputed commercial bank, financial institution, or state-level term lending institution. Relevant experience should include project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, analysis of cross-border risks and financing of overseas joint ventures.

Salary/Stipend

• Deputy Manager (I): ₹ 48480 – 2000 – 62480 – 2340 – 67160 – 2680 – 85920
• In addition to the basic pay, officers will be entitled to allowances, perquisites and benefits applicable to their grade, as per the Bank’s rules prevailing at the time of joining.
• Residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability; alternatively, a leased accommodation scheme is available.
• The Bank also offers loan schemes for housing, vehicles, personal computers and children’s education, among others.

Selection Process

• The selection will consist of a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.
• Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written test will be called for Personal Interview.
• Final list shall be drawn based on overall performance of the candidate in Written examination and interviews. The marks obtained in written examination out of [Out of 100 with 70% weightage] and Interview [Out of 100 with 30% weightage] shall form the basis for final selection.

How to Apply Online

• Candidates to visit Online Application and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
• Click on the “Click here for New Registration” tab.
• Enter your Name, Contact Details, and Email ID.
• The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will be displayed on the screen.
• Note down your Provisional Registration Number and Password for future reference.
• You will also receive an Email and SMS containing your Provisional Registration Number and Password.
• In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
• Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.
• Validate your details and save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.
• Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.
• Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
• Modify details, if required, and click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.
• Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed to pay the application fee/intimation charges online using Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking or IMPS.
• On successful transaction, generate & print the e-Receipt and final online application form for future reference.
