Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Management: Preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Psychology, demonstrating strong research aptitude, analytical skills and proven academic research competencies.
Post-graduation: From a reputed institute with minimum 60% marks in HRM, Psychology, or related subjects.
Professional Experience: Up to three years of relevant experience, preferably research-oriented.
Research Publication: Candidates must have at least one research article published within the last three years in a journal indexed in the ABDC (Australian Business Deans Council) or ABS (Association of Business Schools) journal quality list.
