Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor (Grade-I):
Candidates must possess FPM / Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a consistently strong academic record. Applicants should also have at least 3 years of industrial, research, or teaching experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing the FPM/Ph.D.

Assistant Professor Grade-II (On Contract):
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout.

Associate Professor:
Candidates should have FPM / Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a strong academic background. A minimum of 6 years of teaching, industry, or research experience is required, of which at least 3 years (excluding Ph.D./FPM period) should be at the Assistant Professor (Grade-I) level. Applicants should also demonstrate a successful record in teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals, preferably those listed in the ABDC Journal Quality List.

Professor:
Candidates must possess FPM / Ph.D. or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and a strong academic record throughout. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor in institutions such as Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institute of Science, Indian Institutes of Management, National Institute of Industrial Engineering, or Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (excluding experience gained during FPM/Ph.D.). Candidates should have a proven track record of teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals, preferably those listed in the ABDC Journal Quality List.

Age Limit

• Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Candidates should preferably be up to 35 years of age.
• Assistant Professor Grade-II (On Contract): Candidates should preferably be up to 35 years of age.
