Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
General Manager – Credit Monitoring (Regular)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM from a recognized University or Institution.
- All educational qualifications should be from Universities/Institutions/Boards recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Authorities.
- Candidates must possess valid degree/qualification certificates as on 01.01.2026 & indicate percentage as per prescribed conversion rules.
General Manager – Treasury (on contract)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Management-related fields from recognized.
- Domain knowledge of Banking, Forex, regulatory norms, IT systems, forecasting & strong analytical skills is desirable.
2. Experience
General Manager – Credit Monitoring
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Banks, All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs), NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
- Out of the above, minimum 10 years experience must be in housing finance.
- Candidates should have headed the Credit function as a Zonal or National Head during their career, or should be holding a regular post in Scale VI / Grade E in a Bank or AIFI.
- Experience certificates must clearly indicate housing finance experience.
General Manager – Treasury (on contract)
- At least 20 years experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Out of the total experience, a minimum of 10 years should be in Money Market, Government Securities, Forex or Integrated Treasury Operations.
- Serving officers in Senior Management of Regulatory Bodies/Banks/AIFIs/NBFCs/HFCs are eligible to apply.
Salary/Stipend
General Manager (Scale VII) Regular
- Pay Scale: ₹1,56,500 – 4,340/4 – ₹1,73,860.
- Additional facilities as per rules include Bank accommodation/leased accommodation/HRA (subject to availability and discretion), reimbursement of medical and hospitalization expenses, telephone/mobile facilities, knowledge allowance, residential furnishing, conveyance allowance, etc.
- Other benefits: housing loan, vehicle loan, festival advance, LTC, gratuity, leave encashment, coverage under National Pension System (PFRDA) and other benefits as per prevailing regulations.
- Probation: One year of active service from date of joining, extendable at Bank’s discretion.
General Manager (Treasury) Contractual Post
- Remuneration: ₹4,00,000 per month, along with housing and vehicle facilities, as per the eligibility applicable to TEG Scale-VII officers of the Bank.
- If housing and vehicle facilities are not availed, consolidated remuneration will be ₹5,00,000 per month.
- Period of Contract: 3 years.
- Entitlements: Casual Leave of 12 days per calendar year (not carry-forwardable), Sick Leave as per Bank rules (30 days SL-HP) & TA/HA for outstation duty as applicable to General Manager (Scale VII).
- Contract may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice without assigning any reason.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting & Interview.
- A Screening Committee may conduct the preliminary screening of applications.
- If required, Group Discussion may be conducted for shortlisting candidates for Interview.
- Candidates must secure minimum marks in Interview to be considered for the final merit list.
- The merit list will be prepared in descending order of interview scores. In the event of a tie, the candidate higher in age will be placed higher in the merit list.
- Mere fulfillment of the minimum qualifications and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. The Bank’s decision regarding shortlisting shall be final and binding.
