Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The minimum qualification depends on the pay level:

Candidates who are waiting for their final examination or final result are not eligible. The notification also states that no relaxation will be given in the minimum educational qualification.
Typing Requirement
Candidates appointed to a Clerk-cum-Typist category must acquire typing proficiency of:
- 30 words per minute in English, or
- 25 words per minute in Hindi
within four years from the date of appointment. Until the required typing proficiency is obtained, the appointment will remain provisional.
