Selected candidates will receive pay scales up to Rs. 1,15,000/- along with other NALCO benefits and allowances.

• 20 posts (including 10 backlog posts) are reserved for PwBD candidates.
• 38 posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification

Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions as on 10 June 2026. Only full-time qualifications from recognized institutes/universities approved by UGC, AICTE, NCVT, NCVET or State/Central Government bodies will be accepted.

Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

• Operator / Technician Posts: 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade with Apprenticeship Certificate.
• Operator (HEMM): ITI in MMV/Diesel Mechanic + Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence required.
• Mining Mate Gr. III: 10th Pass + Mining Mate Certificate issued by DGMS.
• Jr. Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining Engineering + DGMS Foreman Certificate.
• Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering + Supervisory Certificate.
• Laboratory Post: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry.

Only qualifications in the relevant trade/branch will be accepted.
