Stage 2 – Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification through email. Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies.

Stage 3 – Medical Examination

Final engagement will be subject to medical fitness as per Punjab & Sind Bank rules.

Competition Level Analysis

The competition level for Punjab & Sind Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is expected to be moderate to high because only 635 vacancies are available across different States/UTs. Since selection is based entirely on 10+2 marks without any written exam, candidates with higher academic scores will have a better chance of selection. Competition is likely to be tougher in states with higher vacancies such as Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Bihar and Maharashtra.

Candidates must also clear document verification, local language verification and medical fitness stages, which may reduce the final selection list.
