Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
  • Final year students can also apply, but they must complete their degree on or before 01 August 2026.

Special Qualification for Certain Posts

  • Junior Statistical Officer (JSO):
    • 60% marks in Mathematics in Class 12th
      OR
    • Statistics as a subject in Graduation.
  • Statistical Investigator Grade-II:
    • Bachelor’s Degree with subjects like Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, etc.
  • Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer:
    • Graduation required.
    • CA, CMA, CS, MBA (Finance), M.Com qualifications are desirable.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or fulfill nationality conditions as per SSC rules.

  • Distance learning degrees are valid only if approved by UGC/Distance Education Bureau.
  • For BRO vacancies, only male candidates are eligible.
