The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC JSA LDC DoPT LDCE Recruitment 2026 Notification for 49 Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) / Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts in the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) under the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

  • Passed 12th Class (Senior Secondary) from a recognized Board.
  • Passed the required SSC Typewriting Test in English or Hindi (if not already qualified during service).

Service Eligibility

Only departmental candidates fulfilling the following conditions can apply:

  • Permanent or regularly appointed temporary Group ‘C’ employee
  • Grade Pay of ₹1800
  • Minimum 3 years of regular service as on 01 August 2025
  • Parent department must be a participating cadre under this examination.
