The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Notification (CRP CSA-XVI) for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA), popularly known as IBPS Clerk.
Eligible graduates can submit their online application from 1 August 2026 to 21 August 2026 through the official IBPS website.
This recruitment will be conducted for 11 participating Public Sector Banks across India for the financial year 2027-28.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility conditions before applying.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university on or before 21 August 2026.
Computer Knowledge
Computer literacy is mandatory.

IBPS Clerk Salary 2026
The initial basic pay for an IBPS Clerk is ₹24,050. Along with the basic salary, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits and other bank-specific allowances. The monthly in-hand salary generally ranges between ₹38,000 and ₹45,000, depending on the posting location and applicable allowances.
