Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates must possess a valid mark sheet/degree certificate and mention their graduation percentage while registering online.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as:

• Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army (Captain), Indian Navy (Lieutenant), or Indian Air Force (Flight Lieutenant), OR
• Gazetted Police Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, or Assistant Commandant in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, etc., with at least 5 years of service.

Salary (Pay Scale)

Manager (MMGS-II) – ₹64,820 – ₹67,160 – ₹93,960

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation (as applicable), CCA, medical benefits, LTC, terminal benefits, and other allowances/perquisites as per prevailing Punjab & Sind Bank rules and place of posting.

Age Limit (as on 01-04-2026)

• Minimum Age Limit: 23 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 35 Years
