UPSC Recruitment 2026 Overview

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Keeper

• Master’s Degree in Anthropology from a recognized university
• Diploma in Museology
• Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in a museum

Senior Store Officer Grade-II

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration
  OR Bachelor’s Degree in the above subjects along with a Diploma in Materials Management / Purchasing / Storekeeping / Inventory Control or related field
• Experience Required:
  • 2 years for Postgraduate candidates
  • 4 years for Graduate/Diploma candidates in storekeeping or related work

Livestock Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry
• Registration with the Veterinary Council
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cattle/livestock development, animal health, or related fields
• Desirable: Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science

Salary (Pay Scale)

• Assistant Keeper: Level-07 in the Pay Matrix
• Senior Store Officer Grade-II: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix
• Livestock Officer: Level-10 + NPA in the Pay Matrix

Age Limit

• Minimum Age Limit: 30 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 45 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
