The monthly remuneration varies according to the post, qualifications and experience.

For retired or voluntarily retired Advisors, the fixed remuneration is calculated in accordance with the applicable rules by deducting the basic pension from the last basic pay drawn at retirement. The remuneration remains unchanged during the contract period as specified in the notification.
KVIC Recruitment Contract Period
The initial contractual engagement will be for one year.
The contract may subsequently be extended for up to two additional years, subject to satisfactory performance and KVIC’s continuing requirements.
Each extension will require a fresh contract.
This contractual engagement does not create any right to permanent appointment, absorption or regularization in KVIC.
